Terms of Use

1. General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement governs the relationship between the administration of the AiBizHero service ("Service") and any person using the Service ("User").
1.2. Registration in the Service or use of its functionality means agreement with this Agreement.
1.3. If the User does not agree with the terms, they must stop using the Service.

2. Description of the Service

2.1. AiBizHero provides the following services and products to users:
- SaaS platform for creating, configuring, and integrating AI assistants on websites to automate support, sales, and business processes.
- Custom software development services according to customer requirements.
- Paid consultations (consulting) in the field of IT and automation.
- Educational courses on programming and internet marketing.
2.2. Services are provided on a subscription model, one-time payment, or pay-as-you-go (tokens) basis according to current tariffs.

3. Registration and Account

3.1. The User agrees to provide accurate information during registration.
3.2. The User is fully responsible for the security of credentials and all actions under their account.
3.3. Transferring account access to third parties is prohibited.

4. Rights and Obligations

• Do not use the Service to generate illegal, extremist content, or spam.
• Do not disrupt the Service (DDoS, reverse engineering).
• Pay for services in a timely manner.

5. Payment and Refunds

5.1. Services are paid according to tariffs (including via crypto processing).
5.2. Refund Policy:
- Refunds for consumed resources (AI tokens) are not provided.
- Refunds for access to educational courses are not provided after giving the User access to materials, as this is the provision of digital content.
- Paid consultations are non-refundable after they have been conducted.
- Payment and refund terms for custom software development services are governed by separate contracts/technical specifications agreed upon with the customer.
- Refunds for the SaaS platform subscription are only possible if the service was not provided due to technical reasons on the part of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All rights to the code, design, course materials, and logos belong to the Administration of AiBizHero.
6.2. The User retains rights to all data and prompts uploaded to the Service.
6.3. Property rights to custom-developed software (development services) are transferred to the User after full payment for services, unless otherwise provided by a separate agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Service is provided "as is".
7.2. The Service is not liable for possible losses of the User due to incorrect AI assistant responses ("hallucinations").
7.3. The User is independently responsible for compliance with GDPR and personal data laws when collecting client data.

8. Privacy

User data collection and processing are governed by the Privacy Policy. We do not share data with third parties without legal grounds.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update this Agreement. The new version comes into force upon publication.
